ALL 01-06 struts the same?

Excuse me if this is dumb but I just need one person to quickly confirm that any 01-06 strut setup can be installed into another 01-06. I am looking into buying a strut setup that was in a 04-06 model for my 2001 LS430. It should fit. Can someone just please reassure me?
