how to access front passenger side marker light bulb?

how to access front passenger side marker light bulb?
as title states,my question is,looks like the wheel well is the shortest route to the bulb so can you access it from the wheel well or do i have to go another route?thanks guys

i guess no one has changed this light bulb before.i would bet that several of you have this light out and dont know it.i didnt know it until i had my oil changed and the tech said mine was out.

update,i changed the bulb and this is how i did it.
remove the fender strip around the wheel well,4screws.turn wheel to the left then remove 2 ea 10mm screws and 1push fastener all located in the wheel well in the area just under the light bulb.pry the liner away from the fender and you can access the socket.twist off then replace bulb.reinstall and put it back together.15 minute job
