a/c problem help!

a/c problem help!

Hi guys, I am having an a/c issue and its driving me nuts. I live in Puerto Rico so a/c is a must 360 days of the year lol. Ok so i have a 2001 UL, everything works on my screen except the a/c functions. I have no way of turning it on thru the screen or the auto button. Any help will be appreciated.

My suggestion is to take it to the authorized dealer and to have them give you an estimate to fix. That will tell you what, exactly, is wrong. Then you can decide whether to try to fix it yourself, or find someone cheaper, or do it yourself.

Most of the time I end up doing the work myself, but in some cases (steering components, or anything involving springs, transmissions) I pay through the nose and have them do it.
