Default Lexus Rims Compatible with LS430

I have a 2003 LS430 and the stock 17 chrome rims are flaking and leaking air. I dont want to spend a lot of money on new rims and would prefer to get used non chrome rims off craigslist. I've been trying to figure out which Lexus rims are compatible since I hear the front brake calipers are larger than average. This website has recent Lexus models vehicle bolt pattern
http://www.discountedwheelwarehouse...._Reference.cfm
It says that the LS430 has 2003 5 lug 4.5 inch or 114.3mm High Positive Offset.
Does that mean that any other Lexus vehicle rim with the same specification fit with no problems.
example will 2009 Lexus HS250 5 lug 4.5 inch or 114.3mm High Positive Offset rims fit my ls

More than high positive offset comes into play. Wheels that fit are limited to the LS 95-06 years. 2-IS 350 and 3- GS350 and onward years/models. Aftermarket wheels need high disk-BBK clearance for the spokes. So inquire with the seller or manufacturer if their wheels clear big brakes. Otherwise, you'll be needing 10-15mm spacers. The HS wheels will not likely clear the calipers.

one thing that I vaugely remember is the IS and GS sometimes have offset wheels front vs rear. Does that usually mean same size wheel but different tire size ?

Offset is a measurement of the wheel mounting point relative to center of the wheel.
Different size front vs rear is referred to as staggered.
