Default LS430 UL (2005) Air Suspension

Hey Guys,

Merry Christmas.

I have an LS430 2005 Ultra. I recently changed the Front Right Air Suspension and the Rear Right Air Suspension. Since the change the car is slightly tilted to the right. Is there a way to program the height of the suspensions or do I need to replace the Left sides as well?

You need to have the height sensors adjusted. This is most likely the culprit. The right side was leaking?

Supposedly on a level surface you can put it on "Hi," then once it's up, set it back to "Norm." Drive back and forth about 10 yards each time and it should get set back to "level." I also might be selling my DataSystems Controller and harness for 04-06 models...

Okay.. I'm gonna try that. Let's see what happens.

What can I use the DataSystems Controller and harness for?

BS... Service manual calls for adjusting sensor arms' length using values, indicated in it (manual).
Airsus will NOT self-calibrate!

Hence the supposedly, I hadn't had any issues until I responded to someone else having issues, haha. My battery died and now mine has issues, my rears are inflated and will not go down. This sucks.

The data system, although nice, will ruin the bags over time. I would remove the controller and reset the whole system. New battery of course.

Even though the air springs are expensive, I think you can make a good case for either swapping all of them out when the miles get high or converting them to a coil. I would think just the right or left side would cause issues as a shock/strut with 100k plus miles is going to perform differently than a brand new one.

And when people talk about keeping the air suspension, this is a good example that there's more to these systems than just the air bags that can go out.
