Default Need help 2005 LS430 dash board

hi i recently bought my 2005 ls430 last year december.. i bought the car really cheap with 54k miles the only thing is my dash has bubbles in an area in front of the driver. is there any way to fix this or prevent it from getting worse? im trying to dodge going to the dealership since it would cost my arms and legs. i always use my sunshade but it just gets so hot inside.

Call Lexus (corporate) and see if they can cover it for free. Manufacturers sometimes cover problems like this just like Infinity did it for FX35. Doesn't hurt to try.

If not, see if covering it up is fine with you.

It will probably still get worse but hopefully the mat will slow it down.

If not, then you can try repair at a non-dealer repair shop. Replacing dashboard doesn't make economic sense. Search internet for this problem but with other car manufacturers and what they did. Dashboards are should be more or less same type and should have fixes in the same manner.

thank you so much for the reply! so whats the number for lexus corp? i ask them if my dash board is replaceable? i remember calling my dealership here (guam) and they said they have nothing on it, and i think they quoted me $1000 to get it replaced.. either that i can have a shop wrap the dash for me.. im currently using a pad to cover it lol...
