Newbie question
Yo guys, I’m a new owner of a 2001 pearl white (not sure of actual color name?) LS430. I’ve been trying to get back down to 1 car and I really wanted an LS. I ended up selling my S2000 and found a steal of a deal so I ended up trading my GS300 in. So far I’ve found just about everything I needed through these helpful threads. One thing I can not find is if you can, I guess change the “home” screen of the navigation… Like, I want the “home” screen to be the climate or audio not the navigation like it is currently. It drives me crazy to always have to switch back and forth. Mine was missing the owners manual… Any help would be great. Another question I have is, what’s the market for the oem 16in wheels that are like new condition? I would like to upgrade to a oem 17 or 18in wheel.
Thanks
Thanks
Welcome to the forums!
As far as I know you can't change the home screen. It always starts out on the navigation unless you change it to audio or climate. It's really annoying.
I'm not too sure how much the 16 inch wheels go for. The 18"s can be expensive if they're the chrome ones. Assuming you can find a set locally the OEM wheels can be anywhere from $200-$700 depending on condition and if they include tires.

I got a set of 4 x 2002 16" oem rims about 3 years ago for only $350, but that was way below market at time, but i would not expect to get any more than say $100 a wheel. People look to up size, not down. As for 18", expect to pay about $200 each used, or the same for replica 5 spokes on Ebay.
