I git sick and tire of looking at the worn leather on my shifter so I bought a RX350 wood shifter **** from ebay. I had to cut off 3/8 of an inch from the bottom but i think it is a big improvement.

I liked it so much I put one in my Tundra. Since that shifter is nasty.. I had to bore the sleeve one a tiny bit with a drill bit.
