Default the unexplainable front noise

Hey everyone I have a wierd noise that I can't seem to figure out . The noise sounds like a grinding pad siimiliar to a worn out brake pads . As soon as I accelerate I can hear it ,but after 55 miles per its almost complete silence. When I slow down it,gets louder if I brake keep my foot on the brake at a steady rate. At this point I am completely lost . I work on my own car and never have had a issue that just stung me like this . My close friend who is a mechanic that work at Lexus dealership drove it and he couldn't tell me what it was. I have had my pad and rotor changed before I bought it. The car is just under 100k miles . It's gots all the maintenance done on it . BTW its a ml model with the 17 inch wheels , everything is factory stock . Please help I'm going crazy . I'm the type of person if something doesn't seems right I can't relax .

Check the wheel hub assembly.
Raise/jack the front of the car up, spin wheel and check for any play/looseness as well as any grinding noises.

I did check the hub assembly by moving the wheel and there was no movement . I spun both wheel and there wasnt any noise that was out of the ordinary . One thing I forgot to mention was my car has a lot of road noise . It's almost like I can hear the tire rolling crispy clean.

Did you take the wheel off and inspect the brakes? Take the pads out and check everything?

I haven't look to that point ,but I do notice a slight touch of the pad when I spin the tire . The wheels also have a slight hop while spinning

I came to a conclusion on the two noise I've been hearing, first which is the grinding noise could be in need of bedding the new rotors and pads . The thud noise or excessive road noise can possibly be the notorious strut rod bushing . It sounds like the noise is amplified dued to something is loose or touching . It's almost like a hollow sound over the slightest bump ,and for the big bump its loud but no impact on the car what so ever .I can barely feel the bump but I can hear it loud and clear .
