Default Going NUTS over Catalytic Coverter Nuts

Hi all, I'm new to this forum and am hoping to gain some knowledge from some of you Luxus guru's. I have a 2003 LS430 and have to replace cats. I've done this on a Camry a few months back and had the same problem and would like to avoid it this time. The issue is the nuts attaching the cat to the manifold. It seems to be some kind of cheap locking nut that is designed not to come off without breaking the stud. When I did the Camry I ended up just breaking all of them and drilling the studs out. I would rather not do that if there is a trick to getting them off.
I have tried heating the nuts and penatrent oil. ANY and ALL suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
