Ls 430 computer issues

Ls 430 computer issues
Thank you for checking my post.
My 2005 LS 430 battery kept losing charge.
So I had my yardman give me a jump!
What a disaster-all computers- keys etc damaged.
No Lexus dealer in less than 250 miles and I do not trust the Toyota dealer.
So I asked my independent garage operator who has done my auto work for 30 yrs and I trust him if he could fix.
He agreed to try but appears it is beyond his expertise.
Car has only 22,000 miles and was like new.
I would appreciate your recomendations as I am in troublewith this car.
