I have the HID headlights that came with the Ultra Luxury Package and my right headlight now is dull appearing, almost pinkish- i believe i need to replace a bulb since it has 246K miles on it. But do i need to replace the HID bulb, or the Low beam bulb???? Thank you in advance.

 

The HID bulb is the lowbeam bulb. It's a D2S bulb, i'd recommend you replace with 4300k-6k at the most for best visibility. Anything higher in temperature range looks super colorful, but not really useful on the foreground lighting.

The other bulb is your high beam/DRL which is a 9005 bulb. I'm basing my answer guessing that you have a 04-06 LS430.

If you have a 01-03 LS430, your lowbeam is a D2R bulb.

 

You might want to go ahead and change both, the other one is probably not far behind.

My suggestion is to buy a Philips bulb through someone like Amazon, MUCH cheaper than the dealer and it's the same OEM quality.
