About two months ago, I had my windows tinted. Recently, I happened to notice when the sun was shining in at the right angle, it appeared to have a milky residue between the tint and window. I was told it could be the laminate windows giving it this "cloudy" look in certain sunlight.

Has anyone encountered this? Any thoughts?
Do you ultra or custom trim? Those were only two with the laminated glass. If you do have, where is the peel? Usually it occurs at the bottom edge near middle and spreads like a sun rise...
