just had a four wheel alignment done.

specs were just bit high for right rear wheel camber.
tech said there was no adjustment (other than bending the strut...)

just wondering if any others have encountered the issue?

There are 3 different length rear lower camber arms available from Lexus. The longer arm increases negative camber. The shorter arm increases positive camber. There are also fully adjustable arms from various companies such as Nagisa, T-Demand, Megan, etc.

 

If it helps, i priced the Megan adjustable ones at $275 shipped from a vendor. Not sure where else would be cheaper, but it gives you a baseline
