Need help identifing a kit

Hey guys,

Anyone know what kit this is??

I've searched for a few days and could not find the kits name. I've seen this on several photoboards but no info is ever given.

Its a Wald Black Bison kit modified to fit the 04-06 ls430.

Headlights tell me it is either 04-06 or it had a facelift...

hmm maybe you are right. I thought they were 01 headlights, the black is deceiving though.
