I most likely would spend 650-1000 on coils once the suspension goes. I am ok with that at some point. The amp will probably be 4-600 bucks. Other than that the car is great. Everything checked out.

Well I passed on the Ultra. Just couldn't get over fears of the air suspension and spending a bunch of money on a ML amp. I think I made the right choice. Looking at a more base model, hopefully that's the one!

I personally would want to verify if the timing belt and water pumps have been replaced. Also, BLACK LEATHER in Texas is not an issue. Leather does not get as hot as folks try to paint it up to be. Also, it is the more popular color right now over the beige. It is very elegant and attractive, and if you have seat cooler's/heaters like me, I would not worry about it.

I recently bought my wife a new ES-350 and I had the sales person park a black interior car and a beige interior car side by side before my wife arrived. It took her about 2-3 seconds to say "I want the black interior". The beige on the late model Lexus looks YELLOW, and was not elegant at all. She now has a black on black ES-350.

I have been told by good authority Lexus will not continue to put the BIG TV SCREEN Nav's in cars for long, that they will switch to a "Cradle", or "Docking Station" for a Smart Phone GPS to be placed in. I have dash mounted GPS in my 2005 LS-430, and it controls about everything and I cringe when I use it for climate control, GPS, etc. If it ever breaks, it's going to cost me a lot of money. We opted to NOT get GPS in my wife's new ES for two reasons. First, she never needs it running around town and going to work, and second the price and the fact they will be discontinued one day steered us away from it. She still has hands-free talk on her cell phone built into the car, so she loves it.

I would get the LS-430 with the features of your choice, but I would want to know for sure about the timing belt and water pump.

Good luck.
