What's an LS430 need at 100K?
Friends,
Just bought a 2002 LS430 with 100K. This car has always been serviced at Lexus and has a documented schueled service intervals, but I'm curious if I should do the following to improve performance/miledge...
1. Install new plugs, ignition coils
2. PVC Valve, hoses involved, etc.
3. gas fuel filter
4. oxygen sensor
and lastly, any advice is greatly appreciated!

Welcome! If you register your car in the owner's section of www.lexus.com you can view the Lexus service history of the vehicle. You can also access online owners manuals, which would include the service schedule. If your car has been serviced at the Lexus dealer every 5K miles, it should have had the timing belt / water pump changed at 90K and an oil change / tire rotation at 95K. I believe just another oil change / tire rotation is due at 100K.

2. PVC valve could be replaced - cheap to do and it can't hurt at that mileage - replace hoses only if cracked, rotten, etc.
3. I don;t think there is a user replaceable fuel filter.
4. I think there are four O2 sensors and they are not replaced unless broken/malfunctioning - you get diagnostic codes if one or more is malfunctioning.
To maximize performance and MGP run a couple of tanks of gas with a can of techron concentrate on a yearly basis. Also clean your throttle body yearly and make sure you are running with a clean engine air filter.
