Default Gotta give props to Sewell Lexus...

As many of you know I recently bought a 2004 CL from Sewell... I only saw pictures and they all looked good. When I took delivery I had a small list of items that I was unhappy with...
1. Smart key wouldn't start the car
2. passender door lock didn't work
3. Blown subwoofer
4. a few other minor issues
I wrote Carl Sewell a letter and promptly got a call from their Vice President of their used car division. The next day they sent a flat bed trailer to San Antonio to pick up the car and took it back to Ft. Worth. They offered me a loaner but I have my truck so I let them keep the loaner. A week later my LS was delivered back to me on a flat bed trailer good as new. This was AFTER they came to San Antonio with the paperwork and car delivery. I may not be making this sound all that great in writing but they went way out of their way to make me happy especially considering this was a $22K used car and not a new $80K LS.... I can tell you that they will get more than a fair shot at any future Lexus purchase I make.... just wanted to share....

Thanks for sharing that story - I have also had very good experience in the past with the Sewell folks in DFW.

Pretty amazing service!! I'm betting most new car dealers would never provide the service you received for your used Lexus. Thanks for sharing a good news story.

That's awesome! I wish the other Lexus dealerships were as good as Sewell. The one my parents got our GX470 from up north was terrible and our local dealership is alright.
