Default Engine/Tranny Mount Parts Question

Hi,

I am thinking about replacing Engine/Tranny Mounts
of my 03 LS430.

I guess what I need to order are
12361 & 12371 in the figure below.

Am I right? (or What else do I have to oder?)

Have you been told that they need to be replaced?

Sorry if that's a stupid question, but I've noticed ALOT on here that people seem to fix things that aren't even broken.....

Not a stupid question at all....

To be frank, I don't think it needs urgent replacement.
But, with 100k on bumpy roads, it began to develop
slight handle vibration on idle and small amount of
shock upon gear shift between N and R/D.

Since I wish to keep this car several years more,
I think I will have to replace them down the road.

Anyway, the mounts are cheap and I guess it
could also be a preventive maintenance.....
