Wanted the Bridgestone Serenity, no go, not available in the region.
Tire store recommended Bridgestone Potenza RE760 in the 245 45 18 and they are in stock, any suggestions?
Any of the OEM 2001-2006 LS430 wheels will work. I just bought a second set of 5-spoke OEM's (for my winter wheels) from Sewell Lexus. If you register as a Club Lexus member, you get a pretty hefty discount. IIRC, I paid around $1800 for a set of four (silver) wheels with centercaps Tires for the 18" wheels do run quite a bit more than with 17" wheels. Figure $220 a piece. The 17" 6-spoke wheels are also available, but they were only like $50 each cheaper. Not a big difference considering the resale value of the 18's is significantly higher than with the 17's (factor of 3 or 4) based on occasional used wheel prices.
Is there any dollar value in the 2001 OEM 17" chrome wheels that are coming off the car hopefully by Friday?
If you dealer is right and they are pitted so badly that they are ruining your tires, anyone who buys them will meed to strip off the chrome and refinish the wheels .... which is expensive and time consuming work. If you can get $200 for wheels that need this done, you'll be doing OK.

I would happily take $200.00 for them.
I guess if one sends them out for a once over, it would be a win win for both of us.
They come off tomorrow, and unless I find a buyer ASAP, they will not be coming home with me.
