Default Headlights - light cut-off line difference between L & R side

I have just got an 04 LS430. I have noticed that the light cut-off line on the ground is a little further away on the passenger side than on driver side. I have noticed the same thing on my wife's 07 4Runner with projector lights.

Is this normal for some unknown reason and you are seeing the same thing or the driver side needs to be adjusted.

Thanks!

Not sure what you mean by "further away" but the passenger side light can be aimed a bit higher than the driver side light - this better lights up the side of the road and does not blind oncomming drivers.

This is normal so the driver's side light does not shine in the eyes of oncoming drivers. So many people complained about poor headlight coverage that Consumer Reports now uses that as one of the measures.

Thankd for feedback. At least I know I don't have to adjust anything.
