Default uneven headlights

hey guys. someone backed into my 2008 is250 with their truck. appeared to be all cosmetic. but now my drivers side headlight points to low, but the passengers side is ok. been to body shop twice but they cant seem to get it right. anyone know how to adjust so both lights are equal. thanks.

by lower do you mean dimmer? usually the driver side light is more off compared to the passenger so it won't blind other people driving so the passenger light would always be some what brighter

There are a couple holes for a screwdriver on your headlight housing after you pop the good and remove the engine covers. They are used to adjust your cutoffs. If you search, you can find more information on this. Good luck!

i have always heard that is intentional so that the passenger light aims high to view street signs more easily
