I may have seen this post in the past but wanted to see if anyone has fixed the issue of steering wheel not going up or down, it does extend in and out. (I have to manually extend the wheel everytime I drive.) Its an 04 LS430 sport. Let me know how you fixed it or how much it costs to get this fixed.

Here's a thread with a link to a DIY video that may or may not help. I believe cost for the dealer to repair the problem is about $300-$400. Do a search on "steering" in the title for other ideas.
