It just figures, doesn't it? The handicap parking spots were under trees. I'll spare you the pics.

I'd wipe and re-polish the section it pooped on. Leave it to the birds to crap all over a freshly waxed car. If I leave my dirty car under a few trees, I'll never see any bird poop, but once I wash it, I could park my car in the middle of the salt flats and birds would make a special trip to drop a few good ones.

just wash it off since the sun wasnt bright enough to fully heat up the paint and expand it.

its been said in the detailing forum that bird poop doesnt have enough acidity to fully desolve a cars clear coat, its just that when its hot the clear coat expands. so when the clear starts to cool down and theres fresh bird poop on there it will go back to original form around the bird poop.

Yes, I cleaned it with detailing spray as soon as we arrived back home. It mainly hit glass.

Oh no! I hate it when that happens...birds/bugs have no appreciation for other people's cars. I always wipe my front bumper down after some highway driving to

"Wash + Zaino + Dinner Out = Bird Poop"

Dang. Rx for disaster. Maybe if I change the recipe by using Blackfire Wet Diamond? But just to be safe I will change the formula: Bird Poop>Wash>Wax = Dinner Out via my wife.

Or: Wash + Zaino + Dinner - Bird poop = 0. if you subtract bird poop then you erase that entire day...weird huh?
