Sometimes we can get lucky but to find these cars the search should be expanded.
Agree - Its a good idea to do an expanded search so you can get a more informed assessment on what cars are out there in the current market and what the asking price is on various cars based on carfax, miles, options, and condition. The more LS430s you look at, the more you will develop a feel for the current market and what to expect in terms of available deals on cars.

My budget is 11-14k depending on years and miles. The issue is yours is black, and with black comes cleaning hell :| So I'm not interested in black ls's/gs's.

Malone's in Atlanta. Near Marietta. This is where I purchased my first Lexus. All high-end, no haggle pricing. Inventory moves briskly, so you'll need to jump on anything you like.

To make searching on Craigslist easier, I use a site called searchtempest.com where you can search multiple Craigslist markets at once.

If you want a very low mileage car you should look in South Florida. Many wealthy retirees live in that area (West Palm Beach, Naples, etc) and you will find many trade ins with extremely low mileage. California is another good choice for similar reasons. Of course, you will have to do some searching and travel to pick it up. I would never buy a car site unseen. I don't care who looks it over for me. I will spend the $500 to fly over and test drive it myself. I feel that it is a small price to pay for peace of mind.
Good luck!
