What type of led bulbs do they use? Is it a bulb or like a curcuit board with leds on it? Just was wondering if you can replace the bulbs if they blew or you would have to purchase the whole taillight like with the after market led tails for the 2001-2003 year ls ?

 

Very good question, I was wondering the same thing... Those LEDs sure are pretty though, makes the car look distinctive at dusk/night

 

The attachment show the replaceable parts in the 01-03 and 04-06 LS430 OEM rear combination lamps.

 

often wondered why the skimped and did not place LEDs in all the back lights,, would have made it nicer looking,,
