Ignition switch won't turn
For what it's worth the Lexus dealer say's that there is a common problem with the steering wheel locking. When the driver exits the car they tend to push down on the steering wheel to the left. This will lock the steering wheel every time it's pushed all of the way left. My own experience is that it can sometimes lock even if you don't push it to the left.
