Default how to solve the problem

Peace be upon you guys the coolest forum My purpose for your help I have a LS 430 model 2004, and got me a malfunction in the screen and shows me the screen External System is not Connected

The first thing I would check is the connections to the NAV unit under the trunk floor at the right rear side (closest to the back of the car) - it's the box with the DVD drawer. Wiggle them around and make sure they're good and tight, unplug/plug back in if you can.
