2007 tests of a 325 and f 150 as they ground the tires to 2/32 4/32 and original 10/32 and panic stopped from 70 mph in 70 degree weather on a 600 foot asphalt brake lane with MXV4 and Coni Con Tacttires.
4/32 tires stopped in 195 feet in 3.7 sec and 2/32 tires stopped in 378 feet in 5.9 seconds. The 2/32 tire was going 45 mph at 195.2 feet when it eventually stopped at 378 feet. type in 4/32 and 2/32 wet tire stopping in the right corner box. 10 32 tire stopped in half the time and distance as the 4/32. This was the 325 tests and they used all this high tech data analyzers. Warm
