Door pillar paint chip repair

Sorry if I'm reviving an old thread, but I'd like to share my fix. Plastidip and 320 grit sand paper. I had a pretty nasty looking rust spot on my passenger side door pillar. I just sanded it down, then applied plastidip onto all pillars and black molding around the side windows(driver and passenger side). I applied at least five coats with a two minute dry time between each application. After a day I applied plastidip gloss to give it the factory shine. While I was at it I plastidip my rims, grill and emblems. Everything looks great. I'll post up pics later today.
