I wanted to order an extra seat belt part, and make a sort of short leash. On end to attach to my small dogs collar, about 8 inches of slack, then the part that locks into the middle seatbelt.

 

I have yet to do it, so the dog rides in the wiffy's Scion Xb

 

My dog rides in the back of the LX in a kennel. I put a blanket down below the kennel since there will be dog hair surrounding the perimeter. After that, I just remove the kennel (folding), remove the blanket, and presto! The LX is still clean! If it weren't for the kennel, my dog would jump over the seats and make a huge mess. Other people who let their dogs roam around in their LX's have had them chew the 3rd row seatbelts to shreds.
