Anyone have 2004 LS430 wheel alignment data? or where to get the data from? Need help pls. The tire shop only have 2001 LS430 data, dont know is it the same, the first time he key in 2007 carmy and told me it is the same cry:
My alignment guy was great. Even after it was set to factory specs, my car was pulling slightly. Turns out it was uneven tire were from being lowered. Then they pull the tires off the rims and swap sides to even out the wear. Car now is perfect, I could literally drive hands free on a straight roads. Sorry, don't have the specs for the alignment though.

Looks like there's a difference between both models in the front wheel turning angle and also in the rear camber.
Well this is an old thread but relevant.
I took my 04 LS430 UL and got 4 brand new tires. Michelin AS3+. Rides much quieter but had a slight vibration at 55+. Took it back in and was told one of the tires was improperly done. So they re-did it. Still (less) I have a slight vibration at 55+.
So back into the shop and now they are saying I need two rear camber and a front caster replacement. My Lexus two weeks before did a alignment and said nothing. And this same shop was the one who did tell me a clunking noise was due to a rack and pinion for $1890 when instead it was steering component for $700.
But these two items affect castor, how much the wheel is ahead or back. And looking at how much they say it is off, I'm skeptical. And how much should this cost for parts and than labor?

I can't speak to the price for replacement, but the front caster isn't really that far off. From the looks of it, it's literally right on the line as far as acceptable. Are they claiming the slight vibration is due to the caster being out? If so, I don't see how caster would cause even a slight vibration. And they said rear caster? Rear caster isn't even measured on your printout, and I've never heard of rear caster being an issue, especially in RWD vehicles.
I'd say your issue is printed right at the top of that paper... "Thank you for choosing Pep Boys" lol. I'd go somewhere else and see what they say.
