i missed my 430...........
its been 3 month since i gave up my 430 ultra for a for the 460........i have been to the dealer every month because of issues with the the 460............i have owned 2 ls 430 a 03 and a 05 each for 2 years ,i have never been to the dealer for anything other than brakes and oil...........i miss my 430!!

I saw an S550 with 2 failed rear air suspensions yesterday. Looks like one of those lowrider that set it on super low in the back and high in the front

Is your LS460 a 2007? Due to that model year, Lexus dropped to #4 in the JD Power & Associates reliability ratings. You can always trade in your car and get a LS430 again! or you can get a newer LS460; chances are they fixed the problems in the later years (08-present)
it is a 07 with 20k..................i know thats why i made sure it still have warranty..............the problem is the back and forth to the dealer its annoying

Thats said, the number of trips t the dealer has been up with the 2007-2009 LS models. I have seen on other reviews from owners more complaints than normal. What those who defend Lexus dont get is the complaints(honest ones like this one) help future customers with quality of future vehicles.
I have no complaints now about my 2001 LS430 because they did a good job with the car. Yes, there were TSb's but, they were fixed, besides my Lexus link being removed. I dint get in the dealer in time to have it removed! Other than that, I have owned a Lexus since 1997 and this 2007-2009 model LS has had plenty issues. I knew when I typed this a over the top Lexus loyal would attack me but, Im tired of being unsure about stating the truth for not wanting to be attacked. Lexus has issues. Sometimes a reputation is just that, a reputation.
Lexus has had issues along with the Toyota line and its at the core of the making and assembly of the vehicle and engineering as well. The wind noise should never be a problem. This was never an issue with previous models.
The only way you get your order right when you pay for something is to speak on what is wrong with it. Lexus has dropped the ball recently. Lets be HONEST, not LOYAL! We dont make millions working for Lexus. We buy there products! Were not a part of a family, clublexus is a club, thats it were we help fellow owners with whats good about there cars or whats bad as well. The ONLY WAY whats BAD can become fixed into good is to be HONEST like tis member. Lexus' reputation was built on FACTS, not LOYALTY! Why were we LOYAL? Lexus delivered a quality product that was NEVER PERFECT but, it was reliable! The wind noise and several issues I have seen the last 2-3 years is amazing to me.
I have never seen this much bad press and heck, were theres smoke theres fire. Yes, the car I own is attached to some bad press but, my car runs fine now and if there are issues with the newer 2007-2009 models I want them fixed so future customers dont suffer like the current ones have. I think Lexus' execs have dropped the ball. The dealerships dont make the cars but, the get the full dose of complaints and blame and I can say that isnt fair to them. Lexus has to find its way back to what they did to get here! I Think They Can.
I will stay with Lexus if they do so but, if they decide to forget were they came from, Im out! Wont matter to them Im just 1 customer, 1 leaves , another customer steps in! HAHAHAHA! L.G.N.M
