No, the voice does not come on when you're linked to bluetooth. I guess voice calls take precedence over the nav voice. You can still hit the top right button "MAP" and it will still display the route. You just have to be more visual.

GOLD? You gold member you...

Glad you're enjoying the vehicle more now.

My driving experience gets better and better daily, although I do hear wind noise in the car and that is disappointed. Thought that was non-existent in the car. But of course, I'm sure I'm nit-picking.

I'm finding the Nav system to be quite good now that I understand it.

Alexus - what's the Gold Member? or was that joke?

Anyway, happy driving to all.

Darling, you are not a fan of Austin Powers it would seem... you are not familiar with Goldmember?

Yes, the interior of the LS has been described as "like a tomb" but that's only figurative, not literal... although, the LS is the quietest car I've ever driven by far.

Wind noise? Could you describe it? I don't hear any wind noise in mine.

I've noticed over the past 3 years or so that there have been a few owners reporting wind noise while most of us haven't experienced it. Some have reported having the dealer take a look and found the cause. IIRC, some had the windshield replaced and that stopped it, but I can't recall if any other fixes were identified.

I drove A LOT, atleast 20 I would say, LS in my search for my 430 and I can say that all of them had some sort of noise around either the side window or the top edge of windshield. If you have NO NOISE whatsoever, then you got yourself a gem, or you have terrible hearing. At highway speed, no way any car has NO noise... you'll have some, but it's just a matter of it you can tolerate it or not, to forget about it. JMHO.
