Default Heated steering wheel in LS or other model?

It's getting cold this morning and my hand was cold when driving my 97 Camry. Wouldn't it be nice to have heated steering wheel? Yes, probably more useful than a heated seat in my opinion.

Doesn't seems like LS has heated steering, can anyone confirm? Do you guys think it will be a good feature? I am not sure how many car out there actually has heated steering.

I'd be more interested in a cooled one. I put a microfiber cloth over my wheel when I park the car in the sun.... No extra heat needed for the seats here in FL either!

i am pretty sure that the 07+ ls 460's have heated steering wheels (i remember hearing this somewhere), but i'm not sure if its standard or an extra $$$ package. not sure about any other models.

Some Cadillac models have a heated steering wheel as an option. (None of mine, though.) I've heard that it is temperature sensitive, making the wheel hotter in colder weather.

The LS460 has heated steering wheel on some trims. I think only the leather area is heated though, not the wood area, so unless you drive in the 3 and 9 positions, then it won't mean much.

I haven't had issues with heat or cooled steering wheel for any of my vehicles. My hands are not that sensitive.

One word solution.... "GLOVES" Might try some of those dark brown jersey gloves with those little black dots.. LOL Never had problems with cold steering wheels, The rest of the car sure makes up for that "short coming"

Or Kia Forte perhaps... we may not be the inventors of neat gadget, but we're the first to offer them standard on our base vehicles...

BITING ??? Its got it's jaws locked like a pit bull on a leg of lamb. The only company biting harding down on Lexus is Hyundai with their Equus.
