Scratch that... Visa won't insure my purchase from Parts.com... looks like I'm stuck with Lexus.

The right arm on my cupholder is now loose and will not function properly. I seem to remember a tutorial with pictures on how to repair this, but cannot find it. Anyone remember this?

99, that is the SAME problem I have with mine, and I have to jam some paper in it to keep the whole thing in the center console. Hopefully, someone has a fix!

I'm truly confused here...

You are complaining about spending approximately $160 to get your cup holders fixed, but you seem to have no qualms with spending that much or more on a WEEKLY basis to have the vehicle detailed? Makes no sense to me.

Way to bump a super old thread with no useful information to add to the original topic

Bought the cupholder from Parts.com and it was perfect. They did a VIN lookup to make sure the part was right for the car and the right color.
It took me less than 2 hours to do the whole job. It was a nut driver and a screwdriver for the total tools..
Doesn't your credit card provide some protection from BS? I think it's the law and I've never had one not do it.
That aside, I've never had trouble with those folks. They are an A+
Forget the junkyards. They finally found me a part for MORE than the price of a new one from Parts.com
It's not worth screwing around with this - especially if you use yours as much as I do mine...

Are there any good aftermarket add on cupholder solutions for a 4th gen LS460?
