In australia we got the cooler in all models and the rear entertainment pack for 8500$ option (vibrating and reclining). NO UL ML SL Here

In the step that says "you can now remove this 12mm nut." Take out the three bolts that hold the middle head rest also. It pulls out from the top and than up. If you don't do that you will break the two bottom clips of the cover you are taking off
