I completely agree with Sojah. I drove my 2005 UL about 600 miles with the suspension in Normal mode. The car floated down the highway and had some pronounced bounce when transitioning from hwy to bridge overpasses. Coming from the SC430 recently, the car did feel a little too bouncy for my tastes. I toggled to the sport mode yesterday and noticed a substantial difference in the bounce. It provides a much more predictable ride in Sport Mode.

However, as said before, once you get used to a particular mode, you probably get used to it. The sport mode is much closer to the feel of my SC430 than the Normal mode. No surprise. I was shocked at how noticeable the difference is however.

Note, I owned a 2001 LS430 UL and didn't realized much of a difference between modes. Maybe it received some minor updates that are now more noticeable.

i used to drive a towncar for a private driver type job and it felt good when it floated like that, but i don't like the floaty feel on my ls personally...
