I need help from anyone thats using Megan Racing coilovers on thier LS430.I need to know the outside diameter measurement of the threaded shock body.Im trying to find out if the Universal Air Suspension aero sport air bags will fit over it.as some of you know im adding aftermarket valves and compressors to my factory air struts but i dont know if its gonna be reliable anymore for my intended use.to roll slammed!so please,i need help asap!thanks!

best thing to do is contact megan racing and see if a tech can give you the exact measurements you need or locate a shop that has them in stock and see if they can help you.

btw, why megan racing? I know there cheap in price but putting them on a lexus.. i would stay away from these since they specialize mostly in hondas. just my honest opinion

Why?right now im tight on cash and i need my car out of the shop.so im gonna need something asap.and i got a friend thats hooking me up with them.its kinda hard modding a car after being laid off from work.

 

all right i just called Megan Racing so if anyone wants to know the O.D. of the threaded shock body is 1.96".so if anyone else is planning to use UAS air bags with them,it'll work!oh and my thanks also goes out to "Millerlite",thanks for your help bro!

 

let us know how they are.. I'm really interested in seeing how low you can roll since you're going UAS+coils. keep us updated!

anyone else here running a similar setup? i'm sure someone used this with the tein coilovers.

 

Sorry I was not more of help, if you have caught me at home I would have jacked up the car and measured it. The important part is that it will work.

Congrats, and by the way I have had Megans in my past 4 Lexus and they are great not ONE complain yet after years of use.
