Default New wheels....and a tire question?

Just bought these off another member after i sold my works. I like them for now..... the wheels are EXE crowns. Fun but nothing super special.

Here is my question... I am already rubbing up front on big enough driveways and entrances when i turn the wheel i have 245/35/20 up front and the the question is should i go 235/30/20 or 225/35/20 up front cause thats all they make the fk452s in. Your thoughts???

Oh and Pics!!!

and from the rear....i rhink i need to lower it some more

go more narrow with 225 35 20, run something like nitto 555 to get the most narrow sizing. Your fronts are probably 8.5 width so you'll be OK.

Id recommend you NOT going with a lower 30 series aspect ratio.

8.5 or 9, it makes no difference.

do you want to clear your fenders or do you want to support falken ? it doesn't matter what brand they are as long as they are same on each axle. Does your daddy own falken ? do they pay you to use their tires?

So what you are saying Mike is that he needs to consider tires other than Falken's for a better ride?

I'm currently havng the same issues with my falken 245 35 20 I want to go narrower in the front I was thinking 235 but falken only made it in a 30 series kinda dangerous in regards to bending a rim then I was thinking 225 was to narrow but I see alot of people running them. My 245 are just to tall they don't look porportion to my rears in regards to the stretch. I feel u on having matching tires. U can't have a 70k car with mismatch tires that's just my opinion

I'd go with 225 35, 235 30 will affect your speedmeter a lot more than the 225.

so you are the one who bought the wheels!
I like Falken as well, but their selection got less than before. Just get 225/35/20 for the front then. You will be fine.

And you can save the front tires for the rear replacement.

alright so i'm probably going to go with the 225/35 up front and move the 245/35 to the rear to put a little stretch on them. I appreciate the advise on the sizes. WoRKeDiT i think you should do the same hehehe and lets do a shoot sometime soon.

thanks for the wheels wowitztai!!!
