question? Can power door closers be purchased as an aftermarket part and installed or is i only available when the vehicle is built?

 

I would imagine all the mechanism is inside the door as on the body is only the latching bar. So, I would imagine you could find the door to a UL or CL trim that had the auto-door closers, or find the internals and part them out.

 

I believe you would need this part. New is around $700-800.

not worth the money IMO, if your buying used car, just buy the Custom or Ultra Luxury.
