Default Buying my first 430 please advise...

Hi everyone the past year I went from a SC3 to a LS4 now I drive my 1991 Short bed with a 383 stroker daily, so I saved money and now I want a LS430.

I have seen some with the ULTRA pck. and the air suspension. HOw woudl you go about dropping that. All my Lexus had megan coilovers, can you drop the factory air suspension with a module?

Should I watch for something special when buying a car?

Last question, anyone selling a clean one under 16.5k I have cash.

Let me know,

you can drop it as long as you have the factory air suspension (UL) with a datasystems controller, the popular one seems to be the asus asc680.

Congrats on the find man, take the emblems out carefully on a nice sunny hot day with dental flosh and sand them and paint them to the color or finish you want them!! Be carefull and not bend them while taking them out, they wont look right when you put them back!!

Thank you guys! I just got my hands on some HRE 20"s for $550 bucks... with new Pzeros the finishing is not that great but I got some great ideas for painting them. Can't complain for $550 bucks!!!

They were on a 00 GS will te offset be correct?

Airrunner huh...Big $$$ diff. $800 for Megans and $2900 for runners....Keep in mind I drive 30 miles daily and NEED reliability!

I have set of 1/2" valves, and couple of Viairs 450s with some left over tanks ....all I need are the struts....

Anyone knows were to find just the struts for the price of coilovers?...I have all the air management just need the rest...

I was going to take pics today, but rained....Miami's weather what can I say.

Thanks everyone for the replies

Yes, gold could be good if I VIPd the hell out of it and brought some gold in the wheels as well... Now I am on a budged and the HRE's that I picked up have pitted chrome. I called around and to take apart, remove chrome, and re-chrome I would spend $296 per wheel.

Thats too much right now, aside the point that I paid $550 for HRE on new P-Zeros.

Here are some pics of the rims mocking up today.
