Default UL or CL? Thats the question...

Ok, so I may have a buyer for my '01 GS300. I've been eyeballing a '04+ LS430 as my next car for sometime now. I love the features of the UL's such as the factory airsuspension and the reclineable rear seats.
My question is; is it better to get a CL and go with UAS air suspension, or should I get a UL and just upgrade to 2 air compressors, a tank, and some valves? I'm kinda torn and not sure what would be the better route to go. What ever I do, I'd like to have the adjustibility of air

Default Noquestion, I'd go with the CL

The Cl's seem extremely rare. Also, the less to go wrong the better. If I were you - I'd stay way away from air suspension.

However, if I really wanted air susp., I might seriously consider using the non oem air suspension.

I got a CL because I didn't want the complications later of the air suspension. If you must have air, then go factory and get the UL with the extra additions in back (recline seat, massage, door sunscreen).

Well, my current GS has the UAS setup on now and I love it. I really love the features of the UL like the rear seat recline and messagers, but the CL does not have them. I found one of each that I like so far. Currently at my local Jaguar dealer, there is a '05 CL black with saddle interior with 34K on the clock. In Savannah Georgia there is a '05 UL thats a metallic slate gray with tan interior with 62K on it.
When (and if) my GS sells, these are the 2 I'm working with.

dude, seriously good luck trying to sell the gs. i went through that process from july of last year until the end of this past december (6 months) when i finally dropped the price way below what i ever imagined getting for it. i lost like 4 grand on the sale of my gs400 but it was all to buy a ul ls430 for a great price so in my mind you gotta give something to get something, you know???
