Go hydros if its a concern, lots of supercars use hydros for suspension. On a different note, there are many high powered cars that come factory with air. Dont think you're planing on dropping enough cash to make it a concern...

Question... What do you think happens to the air suspension under load that makes you think it will give out?

More than a JZ or UZ can make in a street car.

I had a different understanding of how they worked. A majority of the cars I know that are on air are "low and slow" with stock motors and low boost vs having a basic ksport air kit on a 700-800whp vehicle. I'm aware of the factory cars with air but I thought it was something different. And can you elaborate on that last statement? "Don't think you're planning on dropping enough cash to make it a concern"

People dont drive low and slow because they cant drive hard and fast, they drive low and slow so they dont hit anything protruding from the ground.

If you're planning on dropping $10k+ on your engine in order to have any concern with air and power, hey, more power to ya and I retract my last statement.

oops...

I now assume your question was just for "car talk" rather than application?
