Default Question Regarding Lighter Receptacle

Does anyone know of a way to change the lighter receptacle(s) so that they are energized when the car is off?

I recall (I think!--Getting old you know) having an older Ford (90's) that you could change the fuse position to allow it to be energized when the car was off.

you can rewire it with a +12 constant and cut off the +12 acc on the wire

Yea, I was just looking for an easier way. I was pretty sure it didn't exist. I just figured that if it did, someone here would know.
