Default Oil Change 06 LS430

I am planning to change the oil in my 06 LS tomorrow. How accessible is the drain plug and oil filter? I have not looked at the belly pan of the car nor do I know if it has a spin on oil filter.

Thank you,
David

Thanks Shlomboy. I decided to change the oil tonight. It was as easy as you described. Seems good to have a car that is easy to service for a change. Thanks!
