In regards to the cover that goes under the car to reduce noise and increase aerodynamic flow, does it go all the way from the front bumper to the rear bumper?

I peaked under the rear bumper the other day and noticed it was not there. It didn't strike me as weird at the time but now....

 

No, just the front. However, if you have a 04+ it has special coating on the bottom to reduce drag and road noise.
