Does anyone know how to remove the navigation head unit step by step?

you should be able to find this info on www.metraonline.com
just click on find parts for your vehicle.
click your vehicle info.
click in the drop-down menu for "kits".
then click on a kit provided for your vehicle.
then click on "product instructions" and it will step by step show you how to take apart your dash.

Here is my install on the lockpick. It will show you step by step on getting behind the nav display. Mine was for a 2004 so it may be slight difference if you year is different

Dam if only i had this info a lil earlier lol thanks alot airtime. I actually figured it out on my own and to say it was not as hard as i thought it would be. I have the 01 LS and it is the exact same as the 04 only thing diff. was the 3rd screw right under the pop out drawer
