Default Question about Brakes

Just wanted to know when its time to do a brake change will something pop up on the screen telling you its time to change them? I am feeling a slight vibration on the brakes when i brake hard assuming that my brakes are almost gone. I just want to make sure so that i wont wait too long thanks

if it's vibrations when you brake, the rotors might be warped and need re-surfacing. the pads might still be ok but might as well change them imho.

if you hear squeaking sound when you brake, that's also an indication that the pads are going out

There is a warning message that appears on your screen when your pads reach a certain level. However, if you wait till then, you will also have to replace that sensor. Best way is to pull the wheels and check the pads yourself.
