hey man....i have the tein cs nd i cant stop saying good things about this suspension....give you the soft stock ride at a lowered height at the same time when you take turns, you have more control!! best of both worlds!!!
To lower, it maybe better to have coilovers. However, the ride on springs is much more forgiving, unless you want to dump it.
There is also the issue of prices, as there is a huge gap. Really depends on what you want from the drop. If you just want to go really really low, regardless of ride, springs might be a better chance.
But coilovers provide a balanced ride, with adjustability of damping and height.

i will be putting my Tein CS ver.1 on pretty soon and dropped fully coilovers all the way down and snap some photos...im still on the stock 16's... dont got tires for my 20's yet but i will show detail pics for eveyone
it's weird, I've seen some tein CS with barely any drop, and I've seen a few with a really nice drop. I don't know.

pic of my car...none yet, after i put the coils on then i will snap some pics...dont wanna post up pics now of bone stock. hahaha i did have a pic of my car stock with 20" Rezax II though
allrighty guys, I think I'm going to wait and go for a full tap set up.
after careful evaluation, I just don't feel comfortable running a one way coilover set up at it's lowest drop setting resulting in minimal strut rod travel.
